"Oh, Miss Believer, my pretty sleeper.
Your twisted mind is like snow on the road.
Your shaking shoulders prove that it's colder.
Inside your head than the winter of dead.
I will tell you I love you.
But the muffs on your ears will cater your fears.
My nose and feet are running as we start.
To travel through snow.
Together we go."
The blonde faltered, entirely conscious of his solitary status amidst a sea of pairs. With a grimace and a sigh, he tugs on his expensive shirtsleeves–– oh, how pleased he’d been when the golden and lilac dress-robes had arrived, specially tailored to his tall, lean figure. Now, however, he cursed the gaudy get-up that only seemed to highlight the fact that he was alone; not just the glossy sheen of his hair.
How singularly embarrassing.
⊰ ✼ ⊱; Though she was alone, Lily had enjoyed the colors of the robes and dresses. Magic peered around the corners and the band was exceptionally loud. She hadn’t planned on having a date, not that she cared much. It was nice to see others having a good time. Lily would find someone to dance with if she wanted to. It was then that spotted Lockhart. His expensive robes stark against the rest of the students. She smiled, large and open.
